We are quickly coming to the end of the 2020 open enrollment. Here in Indiana, the options for individual health insurance are not getting any better. We have just two carriers offering coverage: CareSource & Ambetter.
When looking at the plan options, look at the out of pocket maximum. The plan designs offer different paths to that out of pocket. If you are not eligible for premium assistance, then a health savings account could be the solution as they have tax incentives.
