This AHIP is through UnitedHealthcare and administered in the state of Illinois. The RHA Benefit Trust AHIP was recently revamped due to the impact of COVID on the hospitality industry. This health plan will now accept businesses down to two employees. There is also the option of a class carve out for companies with at least 12 employees. The class carve out is an effective tool for management & key hourly.
